Revision IT is an independent retailer. We are not an authorised reseller, agent, affiliate or representative of Apple, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Lenovo, Fuji Xerox, ATEN, Poly, HyperDrive, Shintaro or any other manufacturer, unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

Goods described as refurbished are pre-owned units that have been tested and prepared for resale by Revision IT. They are not sold as new and do not carry the original manufacturer's warranty unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Goods described as genuine or original are manufacturer-produced items, as distinct from third-party compatible equivalents.

4. Site content

The content of this site — including text, product descriptions, photographs, layout and design, other than third-party trade marks and manufacturer imagery — is owned by or licensed to Revision IT and is protected by copyright. You may view, download and print content for the purpose of evaluating and purchasing our products. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit it without our written permission.

5. Accuracy of information

We take care to describe our products accurately, including specifications, condition and what is included. Specifications on refurbished equipment are verified against the individual unit before listing. Photographs are provided to assist you and, where a listing states that images show the actual unit, they do so.

Occasional errors and omissions do occur. Where we identify a material error in a price, specification or description after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the choice of proceeding on the corrected terms or cancelling the order for a full refund. Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this site, in our Terms of Service, or in any other policy operates to exclude, restrict or modify those guarantees. Where any statement conflicts with the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.

7. Governing law

This site and our dealings with you are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. The courts of Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
